What's the catch - there is no such thing as a free lunch - or is there?

There isn't a catch, and in this case there is such as thing as a free lunch! 

To advertise with a banner ad which you can see to your left, we are currently charging £30 per calendar month. However, we will also consider banner exchanges with good relevant websites.

Banners need to be supplied in .jpg or .gif format and should be 138 pixels (wide) by 40 pixels (height).
